Mendon Veterans' Memorial Dedication - May 2018

The Mendon Village Board is proud to announce the opening of the new playground equipment on Thursday, August 8, 2019.  The Village Board approved purchase of new playground equipment.  It was delivered in May and preparations were made to find a location in the park.  It was decided to put the equipment near the small shelter house and near the sand volleyball area.  Construction of the play set began the week of July 23rd.  Mulch was delivered on August 8th and the park opened that afternoon.  This slideshow shows the construction of the equipment.

Mendon Veterans' Memorial Construction - May 2018

To reserve a shelter house in the park please contact the Village Office at 936-2215. A $20.00 deposit is required. This deposit will entitle you to the loan of a key to the restrooms. The $20.00 will be refunded when the key is returned provided there has been no damage to the park or its amenities.  Please call the office to reserve one of our two shelter houses for your special event.
